So, I'm 13 and really would like to start eating healthier. But where I live we don't always have good produce, really not very often. Also, when I had my last surgery I gained a stomach. Just for self esteem purposes I would like to lose that, because I'm skinny everywhere except for my stomach. I normally skateboard, but I'm unable to do that because of a current knee surgery, so my physical activity is limited. So any tips to start eating healthier and getting rid of a stomach? (I'm also considering becoming Vegan.)
