1. Do you like bleu cheese?
I like it fine. I took my wife to a fast food restaurant that had it as a specialty and she got sick on it. She never got over it. This was 50 years ago.

2. Have you ever smoked?
Rush week at college. Free cigarettes and trying to be sociable. Got hooked.

3. Do you own a gun?
I miss taking my kids hunting. I liked hunting after school. Now I am half blind. What this world needs is a blind man with a gun. But your question brings back good memories.

4. Do you get nervous before doctor appointments?
Let me explain about male doctor appointments. First they stick needles and suck your blood, the vampires! Then the doctor puts on a rubber glove and says drop your pants, turn your head and cough, then turn around and bend over. Hernia and prostate exam.
But my blood pressure is normal or slightly elevated so I will live.

5. What do you think of hot dogs?
At the ball park or the fourth of July they are great. Too many at home is too many.

6. Favorite Christmas song?
O Holy Night. I feel exhilarated every time I hear it.

7. Can you do pushups?
Of course, I am not that decrepit. I can shuffle off to buffalo (Jump over my own foot). Have to fake the splits. Can't do the Flag.
8. What do you order at the coffee shop?
Not what I want which is glazed donuts. I watch my diet with diabetes. Black coffee is just fine.
9. What's your favorite piece of jewelry?
An expensive dinner ring I bought my wife a long time ago. She loves it but never wears it because it is too expensive. I will never understand women.
10. Favorite hobby?
Chess has always been my main hobby is some form.

12. What's one trait that you dislike about yourself?
I thought we were both perfect.
But I find it hard to just make small talk for a long period of time. Wish I could do that easily.

Frederick. Not a misspelling. Spelled that way it was and is a respected name in the old country.
