If I have confessions on tape and via e-mail as well as sms,s of my girlfriend of eight years cheating on me with her collegue who is married and I expose them for this act at work, at home and in public. If I expose them at work by sending these evidence to their workplace via mail to more then one person including her collegues and superior and in public by writing on my car and parking it infront of her workplace on public land and driving around town. All of this only if they are not prepared make full disclosure to me. This after I have informed them in writing what my actions will be should they not make full disclosure. I know this sounds radical and it would be the last thing I would do but I need to know what the implications would be should I resort to these means.
How does SA law regard the actions on the TV program Cheaters.
