I don't think we can!
Love, Anger, Fear, Happiness, Sadness, Heartache,............... The list could go on forever.
We should just feel things instead of trying to describe them!
Love. To say "I love you" is tautolgical. (I'm refering to amorous love, not familial love) When you say "I love you" to the desired object you are enunciating a meaningless utterance. You are saying "I love you because you are lovable" or " I adore you because you are adorable" and so on. (Who loves not love?) "I love you" differs from more rational "meaningful" formulations like " You're wearing makeup, therefore you're going out." or "You're ordering wine, Therefore you're thirsty" or even "I think therefore I am" and" F=M times A" See A Lover's Discourse by Roland Barthes, if you haven't already.
Love is something you live for. It is how you should live. It comes in various forms for different people...this small four lettered word "love" is the best gift that you can give and receive. It materialises in various intentions for various people in our lives..The love for our parents is different from that we have for our friends and yet again different to the love we have on our special someone...the list is endless. But the similar matter in all types of love is that it comes from our hearts, showing that we care and that the people we love are those who had made up our most precious world. LOVE IS LIFE. And it is friendship and understanding.
