I read 4 different newspaper daily. I’m not boosting or so, but I really read 4 papers a day. I’ll tell which and why.
I read “The Times of India”. I don’t need to go into the details of this newspaper as smohpal has already mentioned everything about it. But for me business news is also very important which I think Times of India now-a-days doesn’t pay attention to. So I read “The Economic Times” for detailed business news and financial market data. I read another business newspaper called “Business Standard” also. This one I read to analyze the company results & other news which the economic times misses out.
The last newspaper I read is a vernacular one. Basically I read this for local news which national newspapers often miss out.
The Times of India as it covers all which I want, local news, State news, National news, International news, ocal, national & international sports coverages, National & international business coverages, Health & spritual coverages and many more.
I will suggest you to go online to have a look at it:
I read The Times because it focuses on the news that is relevant to me, rather than the gossip of the tabloid press. It also covers, in my opinion, the news in a greater depth yet the writing is laconic.
I read the local paper, to keep up with what is going on in the town that I live in. I also read the Des Moines register to keep up with whats going on in surrounding areas and also to look though the classifieds
I occasionally look at USA Today because I used to have family that worked there and because its sold locally. I don't really trust any of the local papers though because they all strike me as being as biased as the TV media....
But Garfield rocks...
I am from a small town so I read the local newspaper. So many issues are floating around my area and I'd personally rather know what is going on in my native town than in New York or Wall Street.
