A neighbor cut down my trees ( I am sure by accident)
The trees were 40 years old and irreplaceable due to size and lack of equipment to move such a tree. The replacement estimate of the largest trees to move is eight thousand dollars. Neighbor refuses to pay. Can I take him to court for devaluation of property due to tree removable, or include my attorneys fees, cost of new land survey and other fees involved? What would you do?

Yes you can take him to court and most likely win. Contact a lawyer asap. Take pictures and if you have pictures off before the tree was cut down and take them with you to the lawyer....
