1) Go to:

2) Start the program (Start -> Programs -> AutoHotKey)

3) When prompted to create and open default script file, say yes, create it. That will open the text file Autohotkey.ahk in 'My Documents' folder

4) Add the following lines to that file:

!x::
Send Steven
return

!d::
Send Raymer
return

5) Save the file.

6) Start AutoHotkey program - small (H) icon will appear in the tray area. If it's already running, right-click on it and choose 'Reload This Script'

Whenever your press alt-x, any program you're in will type 'steven', and so on. Read the documentation for more info.
