Get a Brand new spray bottle and put some bleach in it, ( full strength) just make sure you label it and keep it put up somewhere where children couldn't reach, and spray the affected area once a day until you notice it has gone away. It has worked for me hopefully you will try it before spending alot of money on other solutions. Best of Luck.
