Is it possible for a non US Citizen to get education loan ?

I need an expert advice from those who really know in depth about it. Is it possible for a non US Citizen to get education loan for his/her MBA Program after he she completes his/her under graduation and then works for one year?

yea i saw a show about it and the guy got one but he had to search for a while.
