Is Chinese Takeout better than Chinese Buffett?? Why?

Well, in my town we have 1 buffet/carry out and 1 dine in/delivery.I guess this could greatly vary from town to town but, our dine in/delivery tastes better than the buffet/carry out but it's more expensive. Also the buffet/carry out serves more greasy food and the vegetables get saggy after sitting on the buffet for awhile while I've never got greasy food from the dine in/delivery and the vegetables are always crisp and fresh.

i would think so for sanitary and health purposes. With a buffet, the food sits for who knows how long and usually take out is made to order...
