While I am into some of the new stuff; yes, of course I have a new computer and cell phone, Im still a little oldschool.

Computers were introduced to me when I was a Senior in Highschool. When I got my first job at 17, it was working for E.F. Hutton (stock broker), and I was in the computer room. I worked a CARDPUNCH Machine. Most people, even 5 years younger than me, have never even heard of that.

I actually remember when they FIRST came out with the ATM machine, and banks swore that they were going to do away with cash. This (in my opinion) is impossible; but seems as if we are getting closer and closer. Maybe in my daughter's adult life (shes almost 5).

While I have have attempted to go along with technology, there are still some things that I find easier to do "manually", without the use of computers.

I still have a paper address book.
I still keep my schedule in a weekly journal.
And, I still write out my shopping list by hand.

I just find it to be easier (for me).

But, yes, the world IS being controlled by technology.
