Is there a web site where one can look-up a certain law in a certain state and determine if that law is applicable to his or her state. And also determine the circumstances of that law being introduced?
For example: Tags on cars vary from state to state, some demand two tags one each end while others require just the one to the rear. Seems illogical somehow to me. But, there it is. Anybody know?

All, if not most states have their own websites or utilize others when it comes to laws.
