Askpedia is great. I have learned a lot, and gave a lot.
But, how do we get askers to provide more "rewards". Could we do this as a "group ask", and brainstorm on it?
What are your thoughts?

Additional Details added
(12/06/07):
Okay, I think that I am getting the idea of Group Ask.Although, I dont know that I understand this:
I asked a question; someone else felt that it was a good question and started group ask with an additional reward.
Why should I be excluded from that reward? If it is a group question now; why cant I get involved with asking questions, being involved, and possibly earning the reward.
Its something like this:
I find a bag in the middle of the street and pick it up. It contains cash.
I post a classified ad about the found bag with my phone number. I dont ask for a reward.
People call me and ask additional questions about the bag, and tell me that they know who it may belong to.
They contact additional people and tell them; "Hey I found this bag that may be yours.... if it is, would you give me a reward?"
I give the bag of cash to the rightful owner, and am happy, but get no reward. The other person who got involved, just from seeing my classified ad, gets a reward.
They did find the owner; but I found THE BAG.
Maybe group ask reward should be a shared reward? Im still confused. Sorry.

I would say by promoting this more. I only found this site because I stumbled upon it. Perhaps by having a better explanation of how the site works. I mean it is pretty self explanatory and seems to be well organized but you know people always seem to have trouble with the simplest things. Whether its because people over think it or they just are dense. It looks like they're headed in the right direction with advertising by hooking up with major sites such as facebook and stumble. Perhaps offering rewards for offering r...

If you ask the question and someone makes it a groupask question, it sounds a little strange to answer your own question and claim the groupask reward? After all, it is your question and it would be self serving to answer your own question.
From my understanding, the whole point of groupask is to get attention around a single question by getting multiple people to pony up rewards. The id...

If you wish, you can partly blame me. I am not all that interested in money and try to answer all as best I can. Periodically I quit answering so as not to hog the site. But the askers know they will get a lot more answers if there is a reward. Maybe not better quality, but greater quantity. Back when there was $5 to join, some just put it on questions. Since the operator gets 15% I am sure he would like more.
I suppose on some hard questions you could hint at a reward for some or al...

This is a great question.
I asked 2 questions with rewards but I hardly received enough answers to select out of them. The last question of 5$ I asked, I received only 1 answer but since it was right so was awarded.
Most of the people love freebies including myself so they resist to award. There are instances where you save a lot of money by asking questions here...

hi
best way to get a better answer for ur question is asking it as Groupask question.it will create more interest if it is asked with a great reward amount. even wtihout a higher reward tag, asker will have atleast better options to get right answers.
