As a group, I believe that you are correct in your assertion that men get into more trouble than women, but I disagree with the statement that that makes them more evil than women.

Consider the differences in options here. Women tend to have children who rely on them and thus it is more detrimental to our species as a whole if women are cast out form society (e.g. get in trouble with the law).

As a group, I believe that you are correct in your assertion that men get into more trouble than women, but I disagree with the statement that that makes them more evil than women.

Consider the differences in options here. Women tend to have children who rely on them and thus it is more detrimental to our species as a whole if women are cast out form society (e.g. get in trouble with the law).

Not only that, but women, in times of stress, are shown to have a different stress response than men. Men do the standard 'fight or flight' thing, which is typical aggression, whereas women tend to gather in groups (for protection). Men on the other hand, just need to be there to conceive a child in order to keep the species alive, they don't have to be there for child rearing and thus don't need to consider social sanctions as much as women do. (there is a link below which has an easy to understand break down of the difference in stress responses between men and women.)

So, biologically, it's more beneficial for women to act in ways that are passive aggressive and won't get them into as much trouble with society than it is for men, who can be aggressive and still conceive many children successfully. I don't think that this means that men are more or less evil than women, just that they are able to express malice in different ways. A guy can kick you in the face, a women can get you ostracized from the group so you have no protection.
