kids burn to neck

My 6 yr old fell and landed on a light bulb her neck is red and has some burned skin should I take her to doctors or just use first aid cream?

I am not a doctor, but from experience, I think that it depends upon the extent of the burn.
Is the skin just red and irritated?
Or, is it blistered, cracking and oozing?
