I originally got out of jail for a Orange County legality in Februay 2007 and saw a probation officer as directed and was given write ins to send to them every month with a payment of $100.00. so then I did do what i was told to do monthly for five months no problem and was told my case would then be forwarded to the county I live in but here it is November2007 and now nothing has been forwarded to this county and to top that I am ordered to come down to O.C.. on the 28th to see a new probation officer what is my legal rights on this matter?

I believe that by transfering your case to your county it is done as a couresy for you, even though they said they would it has not been done as of yet just stay on the probation department about it see if you can speak to a supervisor, this may be an issue where you have to schedule to see a judge and have him transfer the original case from his court to the one in your county. Make sure you go to your appointment though you don't want to get a violation of probation that can give you a warrent and land you back in jai...

You know, you didnt explain what you had one wrong.
You want to secure your legal rights... but again, WE (askpedia) doesnt know your past.
