See this link on Adipex. I do not see any mention of Curvelle causing a bad interaction; although I would insist that you speak with your doctor. The one who prescribed Adipex.

It worries me a little that you did not state how you are taking ADIPEX.
Be sure you have had your eye exam. No glaucoma.
If you have any side effects like irritability, nervousness, and insomnia, blurred vision, constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, headaches, and irregular heartbeat, discontinue ADIPEX.
