i am having mild to sharp pains in my lower abdomen, symptons since this morning, pains are frequent every few seconds

Could be a burst appendix. If the pain continues for a few more hours, go see a doctor!

If that continues throughout the day and is like that tommorow then go get it looked at because the same problem happened to me before and I almost had to go through surgery. I was in the hospital for 5 days. Also try to eat something first and stay off your feet and try to relax for the day and you should be fine though.
