Do teachers get paid on how well their students do?

Do teachers get paid according to the test results of their students during State Eduactional Testing? Some states have enough funding to give teachers a bonus after great acheivement during state testing. I am just wondering which states give bonuses to their teachers.

Twenty one states have proposals on the table, including Texas.
But school districts may face a fight from teacher unions, who have historically been opposed to a salary system that places teachers on different pay scales for the same job.
Salaries typically are determined by years of experience and level of education.
Many see this as a way to solve teacher shortages and attract high quality...
