Right Breast Pain that Dr.'s can't seem to diagnose

I have had pain in my right breast for about a year now from slight to miserable. (I had saline implants placed 4 years ago. since then I have had another child whom I tried to Nurse 2 months. Right breast never produced much milk) I have even noticed a bit of a crusty discharge on the nipple area a few times. I saw my GYN a year ago 11/06, then Spring 07 & Summer 07. I met with a different Dr. in the practice each time I went searching for an answer. First two told me it was caffeine intake. (It is only one breast!) The last GYN I saw sent me for a breast ultrasound and she didn't see anything abnormal with the implant or anything suspicious. I took matters in to my own hands and decided to try an antibiotic I had from a prior prescription. It helped! The pain went away. For about two weeks. Antibiotic Flagyl taken early Sept. now, 10/25/07, the right breast is extremely uncomfortable again. It is affecting my sleep at times. I feel various pains. Right now it feels like a heavy dull ache. Other times burning and even shooting pains. I have noticed this traveling in to my armpit and right shoulder arm area. HELP!!!!

Of course the worry is the big C like Paget's disease of the nipple or many other types. I certainly don't like the caffeine intake answer. Not because it is only one breast, but because they were just trying to get rid of you. And I don't like the ultrasound because while it is sometimes used to help distinguish between a fluid-filled sac (cyst) and a solid lump, mammography is performed first.
Might be a cyst anyway. An antibiotic could affect that for a bit.
