I had an appendectomy a few days ago and the doctor told me that I had a body part that only two percent of people in the world have, but I was under anesthesia at the time, so I don`t remember what it was called. Does anyone know the name of it?

Some guesses.
Bladder diverticula are herniations of the bladder mucosa through bladder wall musculature (detrusor muscle). Occurrence is 1.7% I would hope you would be well under at the time this could be observed, But is might have been mentioned as you were coming out.
A patent urachus is a communication from the umbilicus to the bladder. Could have been observed and commented. Fits within your rarity parameter.
