The thing I like about snowboarding versus skiing is that you're always carving on a snowboard so the turn are much more fun. The sensation of speed is more intense because you're also turning at a great angle than with skis.

The one thing I do miss about skiing is going over moguls. I'm not at the stage where I can attack mogul with a snowboard. It just looks like it's much harder to go on mogul with snowboards.

One tip if you decide to learn how to snowboard. Make sure you learn at a place where the snow is soft. You'll fall a lot and the falls will be more extreme than with skis. With snowboards, you're always on the edge so if you screw up, you basically fall flat on your face or on your bum.
