I use a much inflected hello ending on a low tone of voice.

Just saying hello is pretty catchy and has caught on big time. I would say at a guess 75% of people use this method, However, the ones I hear the most are "Hello, this is Hooters" Hello, Leave a message, I am a machine" Hello, this is Australia calling, you are being charged $25 per second, please hang up if your cheap" and "Hello, what are you wearing?"
