I was in a accident recently and filed a claim with my insurance company. When I called to check the status of my claim I was told that my Drivers License had been suspended in 6/06. I was not aware that had happened. My question is can they deny my claim because my liscense was suspended at the time of accident. I am current with paying the premiums. I am in Illinois.Shouldn't they have checked when they insured me?
