I prefer Yahoo over Google. Maybe it's because I use all the other Yahoo services. I also like their new interface with suggestions. It's much more innovative when compared to Google which hasn't really changed at all.

it cuts out almost all the crap hits that you get with google and its easy define stuff into and (most importantly) OUT OF your search
