your spleen is also there however you usially dont have plain in the spleen itself unless it ruptures (usially due to injury such as a car wreck) or mono.

im not sure if the fact that your a drug user would influence a diagnosis or not im not a doctor just sharing knowledge. if the onset of the stomach pain was quick you could also have a virus. if it hurts alot see a doctor, or you could see how you feal in a few days. you should drink lots of fluids though
