What does a PR agency do and how do you find and retain a PR agency?
Asked by: chalupa from MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA
We're thinking about hiring a PR agency to promote our software? Having never hired or worked with a PR agency, what do they do exactly?

Also, how can you find PR agencies that specialize in representing enterprise software companies and how do you pick a PR agency?

The best way of thinking about it is to treat them as the facilitator and the linkage between your marketing department and the external world.
