My 95 toyota camery has no power at all

i changed my battery, power cord and my ground cord. is there something else i need to do or check.

If you have no power, try checking your fuse box. There's a starter relay in your fuse box that might need to be replaced. It's also a good idea to inspect the other fuses in your fuse box if you start you car and some of your electrical systems don't work.
Also, make sure that all of your electrical contacts are clean. Sometimes corrosion and dirt can lead to poor connections....

The first thing I would try is remove the air intake filter and then see if your power is restored. Not sure if this year car has a choke or not, but check that if fitted
