HELP!!!!! I NEED FOOD!!!!

Please help i need a diet log!! It's a track of what you have eaten for the past few days i need one for a project but i have failed to this!! could you guys help me!!! All you have to do is write down what you have eaten for the day BUT since i have now only a few days to complete this i will need to have you guys make some up yes i know i should done it but it does not matter now!! Please keep the food to what a regular American teenager might eat!! Here is an example except you have to add a little more!! Three sodas, a slice of pizza, a hershey chocolate bar. Try to do as many logs as you can i need about 7 for a whole week if you can't make that many i will piece all answers together! I only have till saturday so PLEASE HURRY!!!

What is the daily food requirements for a 124 pound body?

Day 1 - Special K with bananas & orange juice, ham & cheese sandwich and a soda, spaghetti and meatballs & a glass of milk.
Day 2 - Waffles with syrup & milk, tuna salad sandwich & apple juice, macaroni & cheese and a soda.
Day 3 - Bacon & eggs and orange juice, pizza & a soda, fish & chips and milk.

I think that I can help, but I need more info to give you an accurate reply. What exactly is this log for? Is this just a log to see that different people eat different foods, or is this something for a weight management plan?

Is is something that should show that people are eating less junk food and more wholesome food, or vice versa?
