i was married and have a son of 14 year old, i and my wife has been separated for 8 years, í filed a divorce just few months ago. my son is living with his mother, i payed my obligations to my wife and son since we got separated.my wife does´nt allow our son to come with me even just for vacation. AM I OBLIGED TO CONTINUE THE PAYMENTS FOR MY SON AFTER MY DIVORCE? WHAT ARE THE GENERAL LAW FOR THIS CASE?

Yes you will have to support your son after the divorce, and as part of the divorce proceedings, you will also be given visitation rights, whether your wife likes it or not. This could have been done at the time of separation, but it's never too late.
