late rental fee for appartment

I tennanted out a group of foreign workers in singapore they have not paid me the rental and is overdue after 7 days can i ask them out?

No, you have to give them notice. It's only been a week! If they don't pay by the end of October, give them notice of eviction (written), with reasonable time to find another rental.
