claim and counterclaim,

I have a court judgement on a person owing me money and he has now submitted a counterclaim ,Can I get free legals to deal with this and what happens if I dont defend it.Can I issue a bankruptcy charge even though he has a counterclaim ongoing.

What is his counterclaim? Go to small claims court. Prove he owes you money, and it will be granted. He needs proof of any counterclaim! Contact legal aid for advice.
