If Barack Obama is elected we can be sure Al Qaeda will try to get something from Russia or North Korea. The Russians themselves may send us a "little present" to be blamed on Muslim terrorists, but one which would knock us down a notch economically.

There is a very good chance that even one nuke going off anywhere in the US would freak the people out so badly we would collapse. If the target were to be Washington, DC our lives could improve as we would no longer have to pay taxes and without Social Security all our old people would starve to death and free some housing, cars and lawnmowers. If the target were New York City we could have some problems in banking and the financial markets, but they now have backups in places like Kansas City and Omaha to avoid the dangerous harbors where ships or even small boats can deliver a nuke.

If John McCain is elected the Russians will be afraid of his response and Al Qaeda will be inhibited because he will keep our defense up where Obama will dismantle it.

I don't believe nuclear weapons will be used by any nation in the next twenty years. Terrorism seems to reign supreme in the world right now, and I do believe that it will be that way for a very long time!

Nuclear weapons will always be a threat, and only terrorists or an extremely aggrovated. Seeing as how the terrorists are only able to get nukes from an aggrovated country. With that being said all of America is fairly safe, as the US will be more concerned about the economy. Africa, and Australia should be fine, I think Eurasia is the only possible place of a possible nuclear attack.

Terrorists getting hold of nukes is unlikely, and if they do what are they going to do with it? Firing one is probably, but two is unlikely (would take years, to fully set it up if they did many at a time).
