photo enforcement on red lite tickets, Am I required by law to give up the name

someone else was driving my car , got filmed running a red light the . ticket was sent to me . askig if it is not me who is it? By law and without getting in trouble can I refuse to give up the name would I have to go to court

If you do not divulge the name of the driver the ticket will be assessed to you. Sorry can't get away from this one unless you claim your car was stolen
