what is the cut off for legal action action against an employer

I am on full paid suspension,I have not recieved correct pay and the company has not complied with their code of conduct and greivence. I wish to take legal action and have in formed them of this yet they have ignored my grievence.

If your job is a Union job, I would go to the Union with the greivence....I believe they can handle this legally...If not Union, get an attorney....They don't seem to be worried about any of it so go after them....
