Should I reapply for social security disability when I'm receiving reg. soc.sec.
Asked by: stvbo6 from -
I became 100% disabled and applied for social security disability and was denied. When I became 63 I started receiving social security. Should I or can I
reapply for social security disability, would it benefit me?

If you were 100% disabled, then they wouldn't have denied you social security disability. That's illegal! So, there wouldn't be much point in reapplying since you're already receiving social security. You can't collect both!
