I'm over self pity over my husband being in the middle of Alzheimer's and me being disabled to the point I had to make the decision to put us in Assisted Living...I accept my husband's condition now and work with him, which helps me not think about my disabilities....

At the risk of depressing everyone, I'm over the fact that a guy I dated for a year, 10 years ago, committed suicide because I didn't want to marry him! I know it wasn't my fault, and that he must have been more emotionally unstable than I realized at the time! Backhoe guy is the first man I've dated since then, and I'm happy!

I am over dealing with issues about blindness. I act like it never happened. I will never think about it again.
Like fun I am, I miss being able to see well.
But I am half over it and that is progress.

I'm over the wishful thinking that I'm ever going to be done with this illness I have. Just when I go a while feeling well and think I'm in the clear, it comes back with a vengeance.
