MY B/F'S PARENTS LET HIS 18 YEAR OLD BROTHER DRINK ALL THE TIME. THEY BUY IT FOR HIM AT HOME, AT WEDDINGS, AT RESTARAUNTS. BASICALLY WHENEVER HE WANTS IT. ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL?
Additional Details added
(09/23/08):
His dad says that it is legal in NH for people under 21 to drink as long as they are with their parents. Not sure of the truth to that.

The minimum drinking age for New Hampshire is 21. TWENTY-ONE is 21.... with or without your daddy sitting there. IT"S ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!! If the dad is caught he will go to jail.
If his parents are buying him liquor then they are idiots. If you are in the car and he has liquor and you are underage then you stand the risk of getting in trouble too. You should be very careful and think hard about this ...
