Do you tell people your feelings and problems, or do you keep all your personal problems to yourself?

If its a problem between my boyfriend and me, i usually keep it to myself or i might talk to his sister about it. If its financial problems, work, or other stuff, i tell my sister or my best friend. I don't want to stress others with my problems either so a lot of it, i keep it to myself and just pray.

No I tend to mull things of a personal nature myself and rarely tell anyone else. I have a sister who is a psychiatrist and she is very good at getting things out of me so I usually try and get her drunk before she starts probing my mind.
I have a hatred for those TV shows where people thrash things of a highly personal nature out in front of an audience for that audience's entertainment. I see it as a modern day substitute for public executions and floggings...

I keep it to myself more so than not unless I had a couple too many beers. Loose lips sink ships, but in my case all of my ships sank a long time ago ;)

I get really uncomfortable when people get personal. I feel if they get personal with me that I have to share my feelings and problems. I think people who talk about there feelings dwell on stuff to much and they just need to move on. That to me is the best way to solve your problems.

I usually tell someone who truly know me especially my family about my problem although some of those that we really kept within ourself is always there.Our family is the one that really could give the full understanding in whatever way we take and so its their right to know about our feeling,fear and problem that keep coming in our lives.Secondly, our real friend can do some help that sometimes can motivate us to do the right thing and its our choose to do some action.
