If you are stopped for drinking and given a DUI do you have to blow?

You have a right to refuse a breathalizer, but it makes you look really guilty when you do, and you can be arrested and charged anyway!

no, u can refuse. they may still take you to the drunk tank tho, but if your drunk they were going to do that anyways. atleast thats what has happened to a few buddies of mine. knock on wood not to me. but no you do not have to blow.
