Why does my 1999 Pontiac Grand Am only firing on 2 cyl?

spark plugs are good, boots are good, compression good, fuel rail good, injectors all good, fuel pressure good, but 1 & 2 are not firing.

Sounds like an electrical problem. It could be any one of the following.
1. spark plug gap incorrect.
2. leads need to be changed
3. problem with the distributor
4. coil pack
