You have to find the kids first and a private investigator can do that. Then go to the law enforcement people in that area. They will get your kids back.

All your current and former actions may be brought up in court at a custody hearing so don't do anything crazy that may come back to haunt you.

One last thing. I'm not trying to imply anything but I get the feeling that there's more to this story than you're revealing here. It may be none of my business but you need to get to the source of the problem that caused your partner to leave and deal with it. Whether the problem is you, her or both makes no difference.
