Live in partner
|
I have a live-in partner and we have two kids both below 7 years old. I bought I house and we live there for about four years already. While I was working abroad, my live in partner left me and abandon the house, bringing my 2 kids with her. I do not know where they are located. I have no knowledge as to their whereabout? What is the appropriate case I would file in court against my live in partner?

You have to find the kids first and a private investigator can do that. Then go to the law enforcement people in that area. They will get your kids back.
