What is the clear liquid in my pants?

I am 15 years young and just got my period this year. Before I had gotten my period, I had a clear liquid in my pants everyday, literally for about 6 months. Now, when I am on my period, I don't get it in my pants. But when I am not on my period. I do get it. Is this some kind of infection?
