pound for pound it is the tongue. it has the strongest ratio of weight to weight able to lift. If you just want to know the overall strongest on most people, it is the quadricep. But most answers will vary dependant upon which muscle someone works out more. These are for you generic human.

For some people its theor jaw muscle cause they never stop talking, others the wrist and arm muscles, because they never stop typing of course. Id say the Glut maximus, largest and strongest.

I would say the heart too - because it can take a lot pain caused by others.
