I'm a pregnant passenger in a head on boating accident and was knocked unconscious by the other boat that hit us, my chair broke, I fell, displaced r side and swallowed water and my ex-husband was driving his dad's boat that I was in and they're withholding information and won't give me the boat insurance information or claim information and my medical bills are not paid by the parties. My ex-husband's dad did get another boat immediately afterward and claimed. My ex-husband then immediately bought his dads boat that we were in the boating accident in and wont tell me where the boat is either and has since left the country since his family left. How do I get the claim information?
