This expresses my sentiments and so far as I know I made it up.
The person asking needs to know that they are not getting a professional legal opinion. And It also expresses that I recognize some deficiencies in the legal system as it exists. Do you think I should change it? Do you disagree with what I just said?

I noticed that when Richard answers legal questions and I admire that he is a humble person and that he always put the sites from where he gets the answers. This way it gives room for mistakes if our answers are not right. For the same reason i never claim my answers to be of my originality i like to mention that the source is a book or a magazine .
I hope he does not change this line ...it is his trade mark

Richard.
I remember an old joke about testing new medicines. The researchers changed to trying the drugs out on lawyers because they felt sorry for the rats.
