Wow! This question gets me riled up! A couple of years ago a heard this story about a mother who could not take her elementary school age son to a dentist for a tooth ache. It became infected and spread to his brain. He was dead in days! The country needs some sort of universal health care that can, at least, cover situations such as this. There are no excuses for lack of action.

Choosing not to purchase those (admittedly pretty expensive) services does not mean that you do not have access to them, anymore that my choosing not to buy a Toyota means I don't have access to it.

There are other questions that people ask and they can't afford professionals who are car mechanics and lawyers. Yet they do have access to it.

Just in the nutshell, they just need someone to communicate with or just making up issues. How do we know..we don't know.
