CAN I CHANGE OR DELETE INFO IMPORTED FROM A USB MEMORY STICK TO MY COMPUTERR AND THEN PUT THE CHANGED INFO BACK ON THE MEMORY STICK TO TRANSPORT TO ANOTHER DEVICE.

I am assuming you are using Microsoft Windows!
Yes you can copy files paste items from the USB stick to say your My Documents folder or delete files you do not want. You can then copy and paste files back to the usb stick.
The USB stick will show in your My Computer as a removable drive, if you are unsure how to manage files please check out the link attached....
