I guess it all boils down to two things really, how much welding/cutting you are going to be doing and if your are going to be moving the tank alot or plan on doing any mobile work. All tanks are made to very strict standards and vary little in their design. What are going to pay for is the finish on the tank itself, dipped, coated, painted, chromed etc. Shop around.
