How do I sign my parental rights over without paying child support?

The mother has had the kid for 4 years and wount let me see him, she has a live in boyfriend recieving disability payments, plus I pay child support weekly. She says he is his dad and wount let me see him I havent evevc seen him one time since his birth.Can you please tell me the steps in sighning my rights over without paying child support anymore.

Sign off on the parental rights so the guy is supposedly is his dad can legally adopt him! No more child support!
